Alright now that I'm not in the mindset of a protective husband, I can adjust and reevaluate. I'm very grateful for the dentist for reaching out and getting in touch with my wife to figure out what exactly went wrong and, such is life, a lot of things lined up in a way where a bad experience almost seemed inevitable. The dentist took responsibility for her part and held others accountable as well. My wife's return vist went very well, the doctor was extensively apologetic, and those responsible for my wife's poor treatment were held accountable. I'm very happy with how this was handled especially since it would have been way easier to just sweep this incident under the rug. I value personal responsibility and accountability very highly and I only want to give my money to those who share that value. That's why I'm adjusting my review and that's why I trust the doctor's promise to my wife that this was a one time incident and that they will do better the next time. We will be returning in the new year to finish my wife's procedure as well as get me in for a check up. Thank you again

Today was my first dental appointment in America and I need two crowns. Having everything covered where I’m from it’s very easy to get overwhelmed by insurance, and prices for dental work. Needless to say, I felt very overwhelmed. By the time the manager came in to discuss pricing I was close to tears. With compassion, understanding and trying to work around a payment plan that not only works for me, but also gets my dental issues under control before it’s too late, I left feeling relieved, safe, understood and taken care of. The dentist was also super nice giving me a long term plan according to severity so I can afford it all. Thank you!🦷
