This was my first time at Tacoma Smiles Dentistry. I came in because I was trying to get an appointment with an endodontist. Of course I had to see a dentist first for the consultation. After all the Xrays were taken, I was led to a dentist chair. The dental tech told me the dentist would be in soon. The dentist, Dr Kang came in, introduced herself and then proceeded to say that my tooth must come out! Not “after looking over your Xrays it appears that a root is cracked/split and we cannot save your tooth”. This is how she should have presented the issue. I was totally thrown back by her abrupt presentation of my tooth issue. I feel sorry for other patients that come in there with other dental problems. She needs some practice in how things should be said to patients. Otherwise she was nice.

I could not recommend this place enough Prairna Kang And Misty James are absolutely amazing. Ive gone through multiple dentist / locations with multiple issues last ~6 years and this place is great, from crowns to cleaning they are the best.
